A short opener for a team meeting
This starter deck uses work preferences, small wins and everyday habits. Choose a few cards for a brief opener, or print the whole deck and let participants pick. The prompts are conversation starters, not an employee assessment.
A simple five-minute format
- Choose one question and give people a moment to think.
- Invite a short answer from each person, with an explicit option to pass.
- Thank people for sharing and move into the meeting. No follow-up explanation is required.
In person or remote
At a table, cut the printed sheet into cards and pass the deck around. In a remote meeting, the host can read a card aloud or paste the question into chat. This website does not provide a shared online game room.
Adjust the deck for the group
Remove questions that need personal disclosure. For a new team, use easy preferences; for an established team, keep questions about helpful habits and collaboration. Edit one question per line, then regenerate to shuffle the printable order.
How many cards should I use?
One is usually enough for a short check-in. A longer social session can use several. The deck includes 12 editable examples, and the maker accepts up to 100 questions.
