Set up and play
Split into two equal groups and form facing pairs. An odd guest can join one pair as a trio.
Read one question and give pairs two minutes to talk. Both partners get a turn.
Keep one group in place; move the other group one position after the timer. Choose a new question for each round.
Finish the game
Finish after four rotations, or sooner if the host announces it. No winner or personal disclosure is required.

Four conversation rounds
What is a small thing that made you smile?
What hobby would you like to try?
What makes a good free afternoon?
What is an everyday skill you could teach?
Two minutes each. One group stays still; the other moves one place. For an odd number use one trio.
Invite guests to take a turn or pass. Explain the rules before starting, choose materials that suit your group, and offer a seated or read-aloud option when helpful.
