Your print preview
Only game materials are printed. Cutting lines are included on card decks.
A six-stop trail around the home
The example route leads to a bookshelf, sofa, dining table, shoe rack, pillow and toy basket. Read through the locations before printing and replace any that your home does not have. Each line pairs an answer location with the clue that points to it.
Where each clue goes
Give clue 1 directly to the players. Put clue 2 at the answer to clue 1, clue 3 at the answer to clue 2, and continue. Put the final surprise at the answer to the last clue. The printed host table separates “put this card here” from “its answer” to keep those steps clear.
Change the length without breaking the trail
Delete a complete line to shorten the game. Add a line in the format Location | Clue text to make it longer. Regenerate after editing; the placement guide will update to match your order.
Make the route work for your players
Use safe, easy-to-reach spots away from appliances, roads and climbing. Read clues aloud for children who need help. If a player cannot reach a location, have a helper retrieve that card. Keep the host sheet separate from the player clues.
Can I reorder the clues?
Yes. Move complete lines in the editor, generate again, and use the updated host sheet. Do not hide cards using an older guide after changing the route.
